1. Edit Your Clip

Trim and edit your video clip in Final Cut Pro just like you normally would.
Keep it short (under 10 seconds is ideal for a GIF).

2. Export the Video

Choose Apple ProRes 422 or H.264 (for smaller file size).
Set Resolution to something like 720p for faster processing.
Click Next, name your file, and export it.

Open Photoshop.
