To add an image behind a chroma key (green screen) in OBS, follow these steps:
✅ 1. Add Your Camera Source with Chroma Key
- Open OBS.
- In the Sources panel, click the + button and choose Video Capture Device (your webcam or camera).
- Name it and click OK.
- Select your device and click OK again.
✅ 2. Apply the Chroma Key Filter
- Right-click the camera source in the Sources panel.
- Click Filters.
- Under Effect Filters, click the + button and choose Chroma Key.
- Name it and click OK.
- Adjust the Similarity, Smoothness, and Key Color Spill Reduction sliders to clean up the background.
✅ 3. Add Your Background Image
- In the Sources panel, click the + and select Image.
- Name it and click OK.
- Browse and choose your background image.
- Click OK to add it.
✅ 4. Reorder the Sources
- Drag the Image source below the Camera source in the Sources list.
- The green screen should now be replaced by the image.
