Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to crop images in Photoshop:

🔧 Basic Crop Using the Crop Tool

Open your image in Photoshop.
Select the Crop Tool from the toolbar on the left (shortcut: C).
A bounding box with handles will appear around your image.
Drag the corners or sides to adjust the crop area.
Press Enter/Return to crop the image.

✅ Tip: If you want to maintain a specific aspect ratio (like 16:9 or 1:1), choose it from the top options bar.

✂️ Crop to a Specific Size

Select the Crop Tool.
In the Options Bar at the top, enter your desired width and height (e.g., 1080 px by 1920 px).
Drag the crop box to frame your subject.
Press Enter/Return to crop.

🧲 Crop Without Deleting Pixels (Non-Destructive)

Select the Crop Tool.
Uncheck “Delete Cropped Pixels” in the Options Bar.
Crop your image.
This way, you can adjust or revert the crop later using the Move Tool or reselecting the Crop Tool.
